Hearts Ladies laud Goil manager

The ladies wing of the Accra Hearts of Oak National Chapters Committee has sent a congratulatory message to the Managing Director of the Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL) Mr Patrick Akpe Kwame Akorli, for emerging as the CIMG Marketing Man of the Year.

A statement signed by Madam Vicentia Deku, the President of Hearts Ladies,  commended Mr Akorli for emerging winner of the CIMG Award , saying they were proud to be associated with him. They also commended him for leading GOIL to sponsor the two most glamourous clubs in Ghana,  Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

“You have come this far by dint of hard work and your achievements throughout your career have been acknowledged by the whole of Ghana. We are confident that you will continue to work even harder to achieve more exploits in the future and also do more for Ghana football, the statement said 

Mr Akorli was honoured alongside Madam Maidie Elizabeth Arkutu,  He Managing Director of Unilever and other marketing gurus, during the 27th edition of the awards ceremony held last week at the State House in Accra.

He took home the coveted award for his leadership roles which had solidified the position of GOIL as a most reliable brand in the petroleum industry.

He also played a key role in the re-branding of the company resulting in the acceptance of the new GOIL with its glaring orange and black colours by customers.
