On March 22, Ashantigold have a home date with Division One side Tudu Mighty Jets at the Len Clay Stadium, while the winners of the Round of 32 tie between Rospack FC and King Faisal will play Metro Stars SC at either the Essipong Stadium or the Baba Yara Stadium.

On March 23, Okwawu United will attempt a giant-killing feat against defending champions, Medeama SC, at the Nkawkaw Park and Kumasi Asante Kotoko will host Istanbul FC at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Hasaacas welcome Bibiani Gold Stars to the Essipong Stadium in a tight regional derby and sensational Feyenoord battle New Edubiase United at the Gomoa Fetteh Academy park.  The only all-premiership encounter involving Berekum Chelsea and Inter Allies is at the Berekum Golden City Park.

Meanwhile, the date for the Aduana Stars/Dawenhya FC/Royal Faith FC/Bazooka and Bechem United will be announced at a later date due to a pending Disciplinary Committee protest between Dahwenya FC and Royal Faith FC.

The FACC, however, disclosed that the winner of that protest would host Bazooka FC in a Round of 64 match before travelling to Dormaa-Ahenkro to play Aduana Stars in a Round of 32 clash.

The FACC also stated that it reserved the right to reschedule matches involving clubs in CAF competitions.
