GH₵140,000 up for grabs in Goldfields PGA tourney

The headline sponsors of the Professional Golfers Association of Ghana (PGAGhana) Championship, Gold Fields Ghana Limited have announced a 40 percent increase in the total prize money to GH₵140,000 for this year's championship which takes place between November 29-December 2 at the Damang Golf Club.

The Executive Vice President & Head of West Africa Region Gold Fields, Alfred Baku, at a press briefing to herald the fourth edition of the Goldfields PGAGhana Championship said the increase in his outfit's total financial commitment is part of efforts to boost the profile of the competition on the African continent.
