26 Local Stars invited

Coach Maxwell Konadu has invited 26 local Black Stars players to begin camping in Obuasi in preparation towards the 2015 COSAFA tournament in South Africa.

Ghana has been invited as a guest nation to the tournament meant for Southern African Nations from May 17-30.

The squad includes the First Capital Plus Premier League top scorer Nathaniel Asamoah and Black Stars goalie Fatau Dauda.

The full list comprises Mozart Adjetey (Heart of Lions), Fatau Dauda (Ashantigold), Stephen Adams (Aduana Stars), Godfred Saka (Aduana Stars), Amos Korankye (Hasaacas), Tijani Joshua (Ashantigold), Emmanuel Asante (Asante Kotoko), Gideon Waja (WAFA), Zakari Mumuni (WAFA), Ahmed Adams (Kotoko) and Asiamah Badu (Heart of Lions).

Others are Abeiku Ainooson (Kotoko), Eric Kumi (Hearts), Michael Akuffo (Kotoko), Eric Opoku (Ashantigold), Noah Martey (Bechem United), Isaac Twum (Heart of Lions), Hans Kwofie (Medeama) and Bernard Morrison (Ashantigold).

The rest are Daniel Darkwah (Aduana Stars), Alfred Nelson (Liberty Professionals), Malik Akowuah (Medeama), Kwame Boateng (Great Olympics), Yakubu Mohammed (Ashantigold), Nathaniel Asamoah (Medeama) and Gilbert Fiamenyo (Hearts).
