The management further disclosed that it has engaged directly with the Ghana Football Association to verify the facts, and both institutions have jointly confirmed that there is absolutely no truth to the allegations.

Hearts of Oak has taken a firm stance against the dissemination of misinformation, revealing that formal reports have been filed with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. The club indicated that the perpetrators behind the act, including the alleged content creator, are now the subject of a thorough investigation.
"We have formally reported the perpetrators behind this act, including the alleged content creator, to the appropriate law enforcement and regulatory authorities for thorough investigation and the necessary action," the club stated.
The management moved swiftly to reassure supporters and the broader football community about the goalkeeper's wellbeing, emphasising that Asare remains in excellent condition and entirely focused on his duties with the Black Stars.
"Benjamin Asare is in excellent condition, fully focused, and not in any way affected by these baseless claims," the statement affirmed.
The club urged its cherished supporters and the general public to remain calm and disregard the misinformation, reaffirming its commitment to protecting the integrity and reputation of its players and the institution as a whole.
Asare, who has been a key figure for the Phobians, is currently with the Black Stars camp in Austria, where he is preparing for an upcoming international assignment against Germany.
