Hearts host Medeama Sunday

A crunch duel expected to afford football fans a sneak peek into the upcoming season will rock the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday as Hearts of Oak host Medeama SC in a two-legged friendly.

The return leg is scheduled for Tarkwa next Sunday but it is the first leg which has already generated so much debate among the football faithful regarding which among the two sides possesses the best arsenal.

Last Sunday, Hearts  coach, Herbert Addo, continued his duty of sharpening his arsenal ahead of the premier league with a 2-0 victory over Atebubu Esperance at Atebubu.

This has pushed the confidence of the team a notch higher ready to gun down any threat in their path, with Medeama being the next likely victim come Sunday.

But Medeama would not take anything to chance, looking at the bragging rights at stake and the fact that they want to maintain some reputation against the local giants.

Gate fees for the Sunday game are as follows; GH¢3  for the popular stand; GH¢5  for the lower and upper terraces while the VIP and the VVIP area attracts GH¢10.
