Medeama Sporting Club (SC) star Justice Blay will be out of action for at least three months after suffering a horrific injury in a 2-1 win over Legon Cities on Sunday in the Ghana Premier League.
Blay, 29, suffered the injury to his right leg when he was tackled by Legon Cities' Joseph Adjei at the Akook Park.
"Scans at the Tarkwa Municipal Hospital have revealed that the midfielder has suffered a fracture of distal 1/3 of right fibula," Medeama said in a statement.

"It’s unclear if he will recover fully on time to play any part in the ongoing campaign".
He was later pictured in crutches with his leg in a cast.
Blay has been a key part of coach Yaw Preko's Medeama side since returning from a season-long loan spell at Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
