Adehyeman Savings and Loans adds two new branches

Adehyeman Savings and Loans Company, one of the country’s leading savings and loans companies, has opened two new branches in its quest to bring banking services to the doorstep of clients.

The new branches are at Atonsu, Kumasi in the Ashanti Region and Kwashieman in the Greater Accra Region.

The company currently has branches at Dome, Makola, Avenor, Ofankor in the Greater Accra Region, Agona Swedru in the Central Region, and Kejetia, Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.

The move, which forms part of the company’s overall objective to improve customers’ access to its products and services, is also intended to help encourage banking among the unbanked.

The Head of Operations, Mr Eric Antwi, said: “Both branches, which are located in prime commercial areas, will focus primarily on SME businesses.”

According to him, “Adehyeman, being a major player in the banking industry, hopes to leverage its experience in SME lending and offer customised savings and loans products to traders and businesses within the catchment areas.”

Future plans

About the plans of the company, Mr Antwi said: “Adehyeman plans to open five additional branches by the end of the year to expand its branch network.

“One of our key business strategies is to provide premium banking services to our target market of which we have dedicated ourselves to over the years”, he added.

Products and services

Mr Antwi said the company prides itself offering competitive products and services, which have been tailored to meet the needs and expectations of its clients.

He mentioned SME loans, vehicle financing, agro loans, deposits/investment, remittance--local and foreign, mobile banking as some of the products the company currently provides to its customers.
