CAL Bank opens new branch at Airport City

CAL Bank has opened a new branch at the Airport City in Accra to meet the high demand for quality banking services in the area.

The new branch is expected to bring banking to the door steps of businesses, corporate bodies and individuals in the catchment area.

The Airport City branch is now the 26th branch of the bank.

The Managing Director of  CAL Bank, Mr Frank Adu Jnr., said his outfit was not so much interested in opening branches in every region but rather concerned with providing quality services for customers.

He added that the bank performed well in 2015 despite the difficulties it faced with respect to difficult banking policies, the power crises, inflation and other financial challenges.

"We put up the very best in terms of motivation, quality services and innovative structures to earn this achievements" he stated.

Innovative measures

Mr Adu Jnr. was, however, hopeful that the introduction of innovative systems and human relation strategies implemented by the bank in their day-to-day banking services and customer priority oriented approach, customers would be able to achieve all their set targets before leaving the banking halls.

He also mentioned that the comfortable environment provided for customers in the banking hall would make them feel relaxed and transact their businesses with ease and security.

Mr Adu Jnr. further urged staff of the bank to take the bank's vision and mission seriously and up their game so as to improve the bank’s fortunes.

The Airport City Branch Manager, Mrs Helen Korleki Aggrey-Fynn, was hopeful that the staff of the branch would bring their expertise in banking to help attract more customers.

She also called on businesses to bank with CAL Bank due to the innovative style of banking and for the security of their investments.
