Pacific Solutions wins global quality service award
A marketing communications & management consultancy firm, Pacific Solutions & Services, has been awarded the 2016 World Quality Commitment Award, Gold Category, by the Business Initiative Directions (BID) Group in partnership with the Technical University of Madrid in Paris, France.
This was in recognition of the company’s commitment to quality, leadership, technology and innovation in the pursuit of service excellence in Ghana.
The company is, thus, going to make Total Quality Management a core focus for continuous improvement to maintain leadership in the marketing communications industry and community.
In a post-award interview, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, Mr Kwesi Eyison, said the award was in recognition of the company’s excellence in service delivery and provision of creative solutions to its clients’ needs, which has been noticed at the global stage. He said the award will spur the company on to achieve higher laurels in the coming years and provide cutting urge solutions to achieve the business and organisational objectives of its current and prospective clients.
