Hundreds of young leaders from across Africa will converge on Accra and online from November 28–29 for the Reformation Community Leadership Summit (RCLS 2025), a continental youth forum focused on redefining Pan-African leadership, regional integration, and value creation.
Held on the theme “Youth and the Future of Pan-Africanism: Redefining Regional Integration, Value Export, and Leadership Across Borders,” the summit aims to equip emerging leaders with practical skills, networks, and opportunities to participate in shaping Africa’s future.
Organisers said the event will bring together visionary thinkers, policymakers, innovators, and youth-led organisations for two days of plenary sessions, panel discussions, and masterclasses targeted at developing workforce-ready young Africans.
Key speakers will include representatives from UNESCO, JA Ghana, the Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN), Climatic Peace, and Stay By Plan, who will lead technical workshops and masterclasses.
These sessions will focus on sustainable development, design thinking, the circular economy, project management, and creative entrepreneurship.
According to the organising team, RCLS 2025 is structured to provide young Africans with “clarity, direction, and momentum” in leadership, entrepreneurship, governance, and social impact.
They said the summit goes beyond motivation to offer real pathways into Africa’s workforce.
A major highlight of this year’s gathering is the introduction of internship pathways for 2026, created in partnership with organisations across the continent. The internships will be awarded to standout participants who demonstrate commitment, engagement, and innovation throughout the summit.
“These partnerships open the door to real-world experience in social impact, business, policy, media and technology,” the organisers said in a statement.
“The aim is to ensure that participants graduate from the summit with both inspiration and tangible career opportunities," it added.
Participants will also receive Certificates of Participation, while those who complete technical masterclasses will earn specialised certifications to support their professional portfolios.
An award ceremony will be held to honour Top Participating Reformers, who will be recognised for exceptional engagement in discussions, workshops and collaborative activities.
The plenary sessions will explore emerging issues in Pan-Africanism, youth-driven regional integration, and the future of leadership on the continent.
Panel discussions will examine how young Africans can scale solutions, collaborate across borders and export value without migration pressures.
The organisers rallied African youth to take a central role in shaping continental transformation through leadership, innovation, and cross-border cooperation.
