Professor Vera Ogeh Lassey Fiador, an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Ghana Business School, joins the board with expertise in corporate governance, finance, and risk management.  Jonathan Prince Cann, a Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant, brings specialization in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) along with business development experience.  Joseph Yaw Asumang, a technology strategist with nearly 30 years of experience, strengthens the board's knowledge in technology adoption and its role in driving business value.

These appointments follow the retirement of Mr. Charles William Zwennes, Mr. Paul King Aryene, and Mr. Ebenezer Tetteh Tagoe, who served on the board for nine years. The Bank expressed its gratitude to the outgoing directors for their significant contributions to the bank's growth and success.

"We are delighted to welcome Professor Lassey Fiador, Mr. Cann, and Mr. Asumang to the Board," said Mr. David Addo-Ashong, Acting Chairman of the Board.
