Pozo Hayes to tour US
And when he does so in November, he together with his PH International Band will tour the United States of America.

The tour which starts on November 22 will take him to places such as Bronx, New York city, Woodbridge, Virginia and North Brunswick.
The purpose of the tour is to raise funds to help physically challenged people who are on the streets and in the hospitals. Part of the funds will also be donated to the orphanages in Ghana.
The tour is being put together by Royal Community Services and Eternal Life Ministries in Sommerset New Jersey, USA.
Known for songs like Akeka Akeka, Ɔdɔ Mu Nsohwɛ, Adeɛɛyeme and Obaa Lydia, Pozo Hayes said he has been waiting for such an opportunity to thrill his fans who have not heard from him for some time now.
According to him, because he is physically challenged, it will be an honour for him to put smiles on the faces of his colleagues who do not have anyone to cater for them.
“Although I cannot solve all the problems facing physically challenged persons in Ghana, I believe my little contribution will help a lot”, he said.
Pozo Hayes said this is something he has been planning to do for a long time but did not have the means to do so. He explained that the physically challenged people are mostly left on the streets with little or no attention given to them.
“It saddens my heart when I see them on the streets begging for money. I feel like weeping when I come across them. The show is to raise funds for the physically challenged and the orphanages and I wish corporate bodies would come on board to help” he added.
Pozo Hayes was awarded Best singer at the Entertainment Critics Reviewers Association of Ghana in 1988 and Voice of the Year at Sunshine Music Society the same year.
In 2013, Pozo Hayes had an Excellence Award from Ministry of Chieftancy and Culture for excelling as a physically challenged person.
