Trig, Becca outdoor Lover and Friend

When two great artistes collaborate to do a song, one should expect nothing but the best. Trigmatic and Becca are out with a new song, Lover and Friend.  

The mind blowing song which was written by the two artistes and released on April 5 tells the story of two best friends who wish they can date. While Trigmatic falls in love with Becca and wished they could be lovers, Becca feels their friendship should be maintained because of its value. 

On Lover and Friend, Becca and Trigmatic delivers truly heartfelt vocals, as he sings his heart out telling Becca the more she moves away from him, the more stressed he becomes because he is deeply in love with her.

Although the song is not danceable, one could enjoy it because it is soothing to the ear and has good lyrics.  Sound engineer, Gideon Amoafo, aka GENIUS did well by providing a simple and catchy beat.  

In an interview with Trigmatic last week Monday, the My Jolly rapper said he chose to do a collaboration with Becca because she is a long-time friend.

According to Trigmatic who is known for songs such as SikaNti, My Life, My Jolly, Mefiri, Wedding Day, and Move To The Centre, this year is going to be a great one for him because he has a lot in store for his fans.

“I have recorded a lot of songs including collaborations with great artistes in Ghana and outside which will be released very soon and I believe my fans will love it,” he said.

Asked why he has been silent for some time now, Trigmatic said he released a few singles last year but prefers to perform for corporate institutions and not the mainstream events.
