Alo Wess Be Thy Name comedy show on Saturday

IT is expected to be a night of laughter and entertainment as Ghana's A-list comedians take to the stage at the maiden edition of Alo Wess Be Thy Name show slated for the Snap Cinemas, inside the AMA building on Saturday, August 3.

Headlined by comedian Alo Wess, the show which kicks off at 7:00pm, promises to be a side-splitting one featuring a lineup of comedy heavyweights, including OB Amponsah, Khemikal, Lekzy Decomic and MJ The Comedian.

There will also be performances by Putogo, Ranzy Ray, Kojo PJay, Vokers Moni, Gabby Mends, among others.

The comedy show is an initiative of Kasa Entertainment in collaboration Focuz Afriq.

Alo Wess By Thy Name adds to the growing number of comedy shows hosted by Ghanaian comedians in the last few years. Notable among them are OB Amponsah’s Popular But Broke and Too Cute to Be Mute by Lekzy Decomic.

Comedian Alo Wess is excited to join that ‘league’ with his first headline show this year.

“I’ve been looking forward to this day and I’m excited about Saturday. I’ve prepared well and I know the other comedians are ready too.
