Comedian C Confion reported dead this morning

The Ghanaian entertainment industry is in mourning following the sudden passing of Bright Owusu, popularly known as C Confion, a talented up-and-coming comedian.

C Confion's untimely demise on December 20, 2024, has sent shockwaves through the comedy community, leaving fans, colleagues, and friends devastated.

C Confion's, rising star, had been making waves in Ghana's vibrant comedy scene, earning him a loyal following as a member of AKA Ebenezer, aks Dr Likee’s comedy troupe. 

In a press statement by AKA Ebenezer Productions on Wednesday, December 18, it raised the hope of fans about C Confion’s recovery following reports that he had been rushed to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.

However, the news was a sad one, confirming C Confion’s death today. 

Tributes have been  pouring in for C Confion, particularly from his Kumawood colleagues celebrating his life, talent, and contributions to Ghanaian comedy.
