Daddy Lumba's 'Yentie Obiaa' brought relief during money ritual allegations – LilWin

Comic actor, Lil Win has credited Daddy Lumba's hit song "Yentie Obiaa" for helping him through the hurtful allegations of money rituals linked to his movie's success.

The Kumawood actor told Graphic Showbiz he found solace in the song's message of resilience during a challenging period sparked by public feuds and online trolls, prior to the premiering of his "Ibrahim Traore" this year.

Diana Asamoah warned parents and guardians to protect their children from Lil Win, alleging that he engages in human sacrifice to promote his movies, amid a heated online exchange between the two

This feud began after Diana criticised Lil Win's spiritual leader, Prophet Adom Kyei-Duah, labeling him a "fake man of God". Lil Win retaliated with insults, calling her "stupid" and questioning her gender, prompting her to make the serious allegations ¹

“The accusations hurt me very much, but they made me stronger because anytime I listened to Daddy Lumba’s ‘Yentie Obiaa’, I was motivated to remain focused. I went on with the premiere and it was successful.

Despite the challenges, Lil Win said the premiere was successful, attracting dignitaries such as the Ambassador of Burkina Faso to Ghana, H.E. David Kabre, as well as his military delegation. (Related article: I just wanted to be at Lumba’s vigil and not left out – Lil Win on 'sabotage' comment)

The event was also attended by the Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr Frank Amoakohene; business leaders and some of his colleagues in the industry, including actress Vivian Jill, Dr Likee, Kyekyeku and Kweku Flick.
