‘Good talent management essential for success’
Broadcaster, Benny Ashun, better known as Benny Blanco, has been outdoored as the Country Director of Africa 1 Media.
The outfit is a professional services firm which provides business and legal counsel for practitioners in the entertainment, media, artistic and sports arenas.
The former TV3 Morning Show host said at the outdooring event that it was important for the creative industry in this country to realise the importance of good talent management to enable our artists attain global success.
“Many creative folks, whether musicians, visual artists, writers, dancers or actors, fall short of their long- term goals due to a lack of decisive management that adequately complements their talents,” Benny Blanco said
With many years of experience on the creative arts and media landscape in this country, it is hoped Benny Blanco would use his new position to help our artists climb higher in their various disciplines.
