Graphic Showbiz’s Ada Experience gains grounds
The elections may have taken over discussions in the country, with people having little room to think about anything else.
However, life must go on and when the dust settles, people will look forward to having an enjoyable Christmas. Thankfully, Graphic Showbiz is on hand to help kickstart the celebrations with its Ada Experience on Saturday, December 19.
The Ada Experience involves a day’s trip to Treasure Island at Ada Foah in the Greater Accra Region. Not only is the trip aimed at ushering in the Christmas festivities, but it is also to help boost domestic tourism in a year in which the coronavirus pandemic has greatly impacted tourism across the world.

The Ada Experience package includes a bus ride from Accra to Treasure Island and back, breakfast, lunch (one appetiser and one main course meal), two soft drinks, games (video games with four coins per head), swimming, horse riding and a complimentary Christmas special cocktail on arrival all at a cool price of GH¢400.
In spite of the election tension, patronage for the trip has been very high with a lot of people reserving their slots.
According to the events team at the Graphic Communications Group Limited, they are surprised at how well the trip is doing considering how the elections overshadowed everything.
Treasure Island is a destination that is fast becoming a go-to for people because of its attractions including water slides, games room and 12D cinema.
There is no doubt that patrons will have an enjoyable time considering how exciting Graphic Showbiz’s trip to the Sogakope Beach Resort in the Volta Region was.

Adwoa Serwaa Bonsu is Editor of Graphic Showbiz and she promised a great experience for patrons.
“We at Graphic Showbiz always put a lot of thought into our trips and this one is no different. We are putting together a package that will excite patrons and everyone must make sure not to miss out on it.
“COVID-19 has had such an impact on the global tourism industry and Ghana has borne its fair share of the challenges. Domestic tourism has also suffered, with people being afraid to take trips because of the virus. Things are gradually picking up and that is why we decided to organise this trip as our contribution.
The Director, Marketing at the Graphic Communications Group Limited, Mr Franklin Sowa, said the trip was a prelude to what Graphic Showbiz and the company had in store for Ghanaians.
“As a brand, Graphic Showbiz’s unique positioning makes it appealing to a cross-section of people. Such events help us bring them together to not only have fun but also pick their minds on how we can improve the brand going forward.
“We are optimistic about 2021 because we have so many exciting things in store for our readers, partners and customers and I urge everyone to look out for and be part of them,” he said.
