Financial Burden Analysis of the Free SHS Policy presented by Eduwatch 

Mixed study approach for data collection and analysis The cost borne by government was analyzed using free SHS budgetary allocations and expenditure obtained from MoE, MoF and Parliament for the period 2017/18 to 2022/23 academic years. The cost to parents was analyzed using historical prices of prospectus items from the Ghana Statistical Service to cost prospectuses obtained from schools.
