Student bursaries for tertiary education can still be improved - Kofi Asare

Between 2018 and 2023, the education sector budget has increased by 120% in nominal terms, while prices have increased by around 170%, resulting in the education budget for 2023 being 18% lower in real terms than it was in 2018 (UNICEF, 2023).
