Tessica Brown: 'Gorrilla Glue Girl' donates to Ghanaian doctor's charity
Tessica Brown alias 'Gorilla Glue Girl' has donated the majority of her GoFundMe haul to a group supporting others going through similar ordeals or any others requiring expensive surgery.
Tessica's manager told TMZ that after raising over $21,000 in public donations, she has decided to give most of the money to the R.E.S.T.O.R.E Foundation, founded by Dr Michael Obeng, the Los Angeles-based plastic surgeon who successfully performed her miracle $12,500 hair restoration procedure for free.
He said Tessica wants others who need this type of procedure (or others) to have the same type of access she did, even if they can't afford it.

Tessica, 40, plans to keep $1,000 of the fundraiser to pay for the emergency room visit she made in Louisiana before flying to the West Coast for Dr Obeng's procedure. She also incurred travel expenses.

The foundation provides reconstructive surgery services for folks around the world.
In 2010, R.E.S.T.O.R.E. made its first official mission trip to Ghana under the direction of Dr Obeng.
The team also consisted of a certified nurse anaesthetist, an operating room nurse, a recovery nurse, a surgical tech and an educator/helper.
Later that year in August, R.E.S.T.O.R.E. partnered with Mission of Love Foundation to provide care to children in Guatemala with cleft lip and palate.
