Men are often too shy to approach pretty women. In order to eliminate this problem, you should be as approachable as possible.
This is particularly important if you're shy, which may come off as snobby instead of meek.
Confidence: Act confident. Even the most gorgeous woman has insecurities. Try to see what other people see, in the best light possible.

Social Group: Stray from the pack. There’s nothing wrong with going out with a ton of your girlfriends, but remember that most men aren't going to brave your friends to get to you for an introduction.
It would be just as intimidating if you were to walk into a group of eight handsome men, hoping the one you had your eye on was interested.
Linger alone for a bit -- walk slowly to the restroom, browse the jukebox or order your own drink from the bartender.
Caution: Avoid being overly flirtatious. You can seem happy and fun without letting every man in the area know that you’re available and ready to mingle.
