Adu Asare removed as YES Boss

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Youth Enterprise Support (YES) Fund, Kojo Adu Asare has been relieved of his position, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Mahama Ayariga has said.

According to the Youth and Sports Minister, the former Member of Parliament for Adentan has been replaced by Miss Helga Boadi, a banking professional.

Mr Adu Asare was appointed the Secretariat of the YES Fund after it was launched by President Johm Mahama in August.

Speaking on Joy FM Monday morning, the Youth and Sports Minister, Mahama Ayariga however, did not give details for Mr Adu Asare’s removal.

“All I can tell you is that Miss Helga Boadi is in charge of YES now,” he said.

Miss Boadi, until her appointment, was Corporate Affairs manager at First Atlantic Bank and a former Country Manager at Fasyl Technology Ghana Limited.
