Ambassadors of the Cross International Ministries, a Christain voluntary association, has ended a three-day national summit in Kumasi. Members were urged to allow others who came to them to experience the love and beauty of God.

The recommendation was in line with the vision of the association to raise a new generation of women and men who were seasoned in the word of God and were themselves eager to become more enlightened.

The summit aimed to empower the participants to reach out with the gospel to the poor in spirit that they may walk in the light of God’s word.

The Founder and President of Ambassadors of the Cross, Rev. Dr Gifty Lamptey, in her address to the participants, quoted Psalm 92:12 and said Christians needed to exemplify a Christlike nature so that their deeds may serve as light to others in their desire to know God.

She said the summit was organised to provide the needed spiritual ingredients for growth and knowledge in the word of God.

“Unless divinity overtakes our humanity, we cannot blossom and expand the Kingdom of God in our generation. We cannot heal the sick, deliver the oppressed, feed the hungry, clothe the naked and raise the dead”, she said.

She urged members to study and meditate on the Word of God everyday in order that they may live their lives such that no criticism can be made of them.

She cautioned members of the association not to let the word of God depart from their mouth but must endeavour to communicate grace in order to impact the lives of others in society positively.
