This year’s lecture, which marks the DVLA’s 25th anniversary, will revolve around the theme: "Navigating the Future: Innovating and Excelling in Public Service."

According to a statement released by the DVLA management, the event will not only celebrate the agency’s achievements and milestones but also provide a platform to discuss key national issues related to vehicle and driving licensing.

The lecture will feature presentations from various speakers, including Professor Raymond Atuguba, Dean of the University of Ghana School of Law, and Cecil Ebow Garbrah, CEO of Toptech Ghana, along with other industry experts and professionals.

The discussions will focus on modernising driver and vehicle licensing in Ghana, addressing milestones, safety standards, and the future role of technology in public service.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage with key stakeholders and experts in road transport and public services.

Additionally, networking sessions will allow attendees to connect with other industry professionals and exchange insights.

An exhibition highlighting the DVLA’s 25-year journey will also be on display, and licensing services will be available to the general public.

This gathering of pioneering minds will serve as a forum for sharing ideas, reflecting on the significance of the anniversary, and celebrating the organisation's journey while emphasising the importance of efficient public sector service delivery and successful digitalisation.
