The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has announced that documentation and body selection for qualified applicants in the 2025/2026 recruitment exercise will take place from November 12 to 13, 2025, at designated screening centres across the country.
In a statement on Sunday, GAF said the documentation and body selection will be held for all shortlisted applicants who successfully completed the online application process for enlistment into the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
The recruitment exercise, which began on October 1, 2025, had its application deadline extended from October 31 to November 7, following technical difficulties encountered on the online application portal.
GAF implemented the 2025 recruitment exercise across all 16 regional capitals to make the process accessible to qualified applicants nationwide.
The exercise forms part of plans to recruit 12,000 personnel into the Ghana Armed Forces within the next three and a half years.
Height requirements specify a minimum of 1.68 metres for males and 1.57 metres for females.
Candidates applying for positions in the Military Police must meet stricter height standards of 1.75 metres for males and 1.70 metres for females.
The body selection stage, also referred to as attestation, involves final physical examinations and verification of documents.
Successful applicants are required to present their application summary reports, original educational certificates, and birth certificates.
The documentation and body selection exercise scheduled for November 12–13 forms part of ongoing efforts to complete the 2025/2026 recruitment process
