Upper West Regional branch of NDC hit the street to demand opening of regional hospital
The Upper West Regional branch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has expressed its resentment towards the Akufo-Addo led government over its in ability to commission the newly constructed regional hospital and the Wa airport for public use.
The party noted that at the time when all governments are striving hard to ensure that citizens have access to world class health services, the Akufo- Addo led government had deliberately refused to commission the world class hospital in the region.
Addressing hundreds of party members at the forecourt of the newly constructed Upper West hospital after demonstration through some principle streets Wa, the regional communication of the NDC, Prosper Puyeri said the hospital which was rate 95 per cent complete three years ago when the NDC left power is still not opened to citizens in the region.

He noted that the bad faith exhibited by the current administration towards the Upper West has left natives stranded in their healthcare need.
“Our presence here his morning, to demonstrate our resentment towards Akuffo-Addo and his insensitive administration’s deliberate neglect of the Upper West Region”
The government has no business if not ensuring the advancement of the livelihood of these institutes and creating opportunity for present generation”
