
Mahama prays for peace and blessings for Ghanaian Muslims during Ramadan
President John Dramani Mahama has extended Ramadan greetings to Muslims in Ghana and around the world, praying for peace, love, and blessings during the holy month.
In a message posted on his official Facebook page today, March 3, 2025, Mr Mahama described Ramadan as a sacred time for reflection, faith, and unity.
“I wish the Muslim Ummah in Ghana and across the world a happy Ramadan. May the period bring you abundance of peace, love, and blessings,” he wrote.
He urged Muslims to use the month for personal growth and prayer, expressing hope that their supplications would be answered.

“Wishing you and your loved ones a peaceful and fulfilling Ramadan. Ramadan Mubarak!” he added.
Muslims worldwide have begun observing Ramadan, a period of fasting, prayer, and charity, following the sighting of the crescent moon.
The month is regarded as one of the holiest in the Islamic calendar.
