National Service warns against fake national service links circulating online
The National Service Authority (NSA) has cautioned the public, particularly prospective national service personnel, to disregard unauthorised links circulating on social media and other online platforms claiming to provide information on postings or pre-deployment processes.
In a statement, the Authority said these links are fraudulent and have no connection with the NSA, stressing that no official postings or pre-deployment details have been released.
“All official updates will be communicated only through the NSA’s verified communication channels,” the statement emphasised.
The Authority also urged the public to exercise vigilance and avoid sharing personal information on suspicious websites.
It warned that individuals found engaging in fraudulent activities would be reported to the appropriate authorities for prosecution.
