Asantehene’s chief palm wine tapper and Goasomanhene dies at age 58
The Goaso Traditional Council , on Monday, December 23, officially announced the passing of the Omanhene of the area, Nana Kwasi Bosomprah.
Clad in black and red , Nananom of the traditional council wailed uncontrollably as the announcement was made at the Omanhene’s palace at Goaso, the Ahafo Regional capital.

Nana Bosomprah, 58, who was a ,one time employee of the Ghana Cocoa Board, passed away at the Sunyani Regional Hospital after a short illness.
Already, the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, has been informed of the death of the Omanhene.
By tradition, Goasohene is the chief palm wine tapper of the Asantehene.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later, on the directives of the Asantehene.
