The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced that shortlisted applicants in its ongoing recruitment exercise will be released by July 20, 2026, as it outlined the timetable for completing the recruitment process.
In a statement issued on June Tuesday, 23, 2026, the Service said it is reviewing all applications received to confirm that applicants meet the eligibility requirements stated in the recruitment advertisement.
The statement said the review process is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026. Shortlisted applicants will then be announced by July 20, 2026.

The GES said the onboarding process for successful applicants at the regional and district levels will take place between July 20 and August 31, 2026. It added that successful applicants are expected to report for duty on August 31, 2026.
"We are currently reviewing all applications received to ensure that they satisfy the eligibility requirements outlined in the recruitment advertisement," the statement said.
The Service said the recruitment exercise is progressing according to the published timetable and wished all applicants the best.
The statement also thanked applicants for their patience throughout the recruitment process.
The statement was signed by Prof. Smile Dzisi, Deputy Director-General in charge of Management Services, on behalf of the Director-General of the Ghana Education Service.
