Two die in car crash on Juaso-Konongo road
Two people lost their lives on Thursday when a vehicle on which they were travelling collided with a truck on the Juaso-Konongo Highway in the Ashanti Region.

The deceased included the driver of a Mercedes Benz ML 320 with registration number GE 3061 09 and a woman passenger.
They both died at the scene of the accident.
A man and a child who were at the back seat sustained various degrees of injuries and were rushed to the Konongo Government hospital.
The driver of the truck and his mates were also sent to the Konongo Government Hospital for treatment.
Eyewitnesses told Graphic Online that the driver of the Mercedes Benz, who was heading towards Kumasi, was overtaking an articulated truck in a curve and unfortunately run into the on-coming truck from the Kumasi side of the road.
The incident caused heavy traffic on the road. It took more than 30 minutes to remove the deceased from the mangled vehicle.
