Mechanical Lloyd supports Effia Nkwanta Hospital
Indigenous automobile company, Mechanical Lloyd, has presented medical equipment worth GH¢20,000 to the Paediatric Ward of the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital, Takoradi.

The equipment include oxygen concentrators, wrist and finger oximeters, patient monitors and weighing scales.
The decision to support the operations of the hospital formed part of Mechanical Lloyd's commitment to contributing meaningfully to the welfare of the community in which it operates.
It was also in line with the company's mission to promote what it believed to be in the public interest, the Sales & Marketing Director of Mechanical Lloyd, Mr Kojo Annobil, said.
Health workers
"The health workers must have well-equipped facilities to help them deliver health care in the most effective and efficient manner," he said during the presentation which was received by the Medical Superintendent of Effia Nkwanta Hospital, Dr Kwaw Ntodzi.
Mr Annobil expressed confidence the presentation would help the Effia Nkwanta Hospital to provide quality health care for residents of the Western Region.
He said Mechanical Lloyd would be available to help the hospital in their future projects.
Mr Annobil mentioned that the company had undertaken several corporate social responsibility activities in areas such as education, health, water and sanitation to give back to society.
