Central Regional NPP chairman Robert Kutin passes on

The Central Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Robert Kutin Jr. is dead. He died on Sunday evening after a long battle with illness.
The Krontihene of Assin Jakai in the Assin South District and a family member, Nana Barfour Adjei X, confirmed the incident.

He said Chairman Kutin died in Accra.
Mr. Kutin, a native of Assin Jakai, was a highly influential figure in the NPP, having retained his chairmanship for three consecutive terms.
He noted for working hard to turn the Central Region in favour of the NPP in the 2016 general elections.
