The visit was to express gratitude to the Yagbonwura for his support, prayers, and for sending a delegation to congratulate him in Accra following his election victory.
The courtesy call also demonstrated President-elect Mahama's commitment to building strong relationships with traditional leaders and acknowledging their role in the country's development.
