Former President John Dramani Mahama, who is seeking reelection, was the main speaker at the rally.
He delivered an address that highlighted the party's vision for Ghana's future.
Gracing the rally were, the National Chairman of the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah; General Secretary, Fifi Fiavi Kwetey; Vice Presidential Candidate of the NDC, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang; Former First Lady, Lordina Mahama; Former National Chairman of the NDC, Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo among others.
Mr Mahama charged Ghanaians to come out in their numbers to vote for the NDC and its Parliamentary Candidates to reset the country.
He emphasised that, "we need to reset our democracy, governance, economy, finances, agriculture, infrastructure, environment, health sector, and all that we hold dear as a people".
"I urge you to take action on Saturday. This is not a decision for another time, another election, or another generation. This is our moment, and the time is now to bring about the change we need to reset Ghana".

Mr Mahama affirmed that Saturday’s election would not just be another election; but it signified a defining moment for the nation.
He stressed that the election would be "a choice between the Ghana we have and the Ghana we want - a Ghana of opportunity, prosperity, and justice for all."
Mr Mahama said the vision to build the county was collective responsibility which required the vote of Ghanaians to "reject despair and choose hope; vote to reject impunity and choose respect, choose hardworking, experienced, and trustworthy leadership".
He encouraged the electorate to vote for him, as he would make Ghanaians proud and build a strong nation together.

Ballot protection, security
Mr Mahama called on Ghanaians to rally in their numbers at the polling stations after voting to protect their ballot; stating that, the protection of the ballot also required a collective effort of both NDC party members and the electorate "who want to see the back of the NPP government."
"I urged you to come out in your number to vote and after voting stay around the polling station and watch the process until voting ends.
During the time of counting, take your phones and record the process to protect your ballot," Mr Mahama stated.

The former President also called on security services and the Electoral Commission (EC) officials deployed to the various polling stations and collation centres across the country to conduct themselves in a civil and lawful manner and not attempt to meddle in the process to favour any party as it would be resisted.
"I want to caution the government, the military in particular, and the entire security system to resist the nefarious actions they are planning.
To the people of Ghana, the NDC will go to the polling stations with you. Together, we will police and courageously protect our votes and resist all attempts to steal them," he cautioned.

Standard, commitment
Mr Mahama also called on members to be mindful that Ghanaians would hold the NDC to a higher standard than NPP.
He reminded the party faithfuls that, "there is no use fighting for political power, if we would come and commit the same atrocities they have inflicted on the people of Ghana these last 8 years. Ghanaians will put their trust in us, but we must prove ourselves worthy of that trust".
The NDC flag bearer expressed commitment to building a stable, safe and viable economy through his 24-hour economy policy in order to create opportunities for millions of jobs.
He stressed that he was committed to implementing economic measures to fight inflation and make food affordable for all households.

He added that he was committed to running the leanest government in the country’s history, with no more than 60 ministers and deputy ministers of state, a low number of political appointees, cutting wasteful government spending and scrapping the payment of ex-gratia.
Mr Mahama also affirmed his commitment to waging a relentless war on corruption through the Operation Return All Loot (ORAL) to retrieve stolen and looted resources for the country's development and the benefit of Ghanaians.
