President Akufo-Addo satisfied with peaceful conduct of 2024 General Election
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has expressed satisfaction with the peaceful conduct of the 2024 General Election following his visit to the polls on Saturday, December 7, 2024.
Speaking to the media after casting his ballot at the Rock of Ages Polling Station in the Abuakwa-South Constituency in the Eastern Region, President Akufo-Addo stated, "I have monitored all the reports from across the country, and everything seems to be going well. We thank God for that."

The President encouraged all eligible voters to head to the polling stations to exercise their right to vote, adding, "Every vote counts in this election."
He also urged the electorate to remain law-abiding throughout the process, reinforcing the importance of a peaceful and successful election.
