Inter Allies pip Hasaacas

Tema-based Inter allies yesterday defeated Sekondi Hasaccas 1-0 in their return  fixture of the Ghana Premier League at the Tema Stadium.

Frederick Boateng who missed a penalty kick under two minutes of the game made amends two minutes later when he lobbed the ball over the Hasaacas goalie, Michael Abu, for the only goal of the match.

The game was played behind closed doors following a sanction imposed on the home team.

Only two minutes after kick-off Inter-Allies striker  Frederick Boateng was pulled down in the box by Hasaccas’ skipper Daniel Agyin but the resultant penalty was wasted by Boateng.

But  Boateng in the fourth minute made no mistakeas when he  lobbed the ball over the  visitors’ goalie.

Though Hasaacas tried to lift their game, particularly in the second half, their efforts did not yield any result.
