Napoleon Tagoe: Ex-WBC champion and boxing trainer dies

Former WBC Continental Americas light heavyweight champion Napoleon Tagoe has passed away.

Tagoe who went on to become a renowned builder of boxing rings in retirement died on Wednesday morning aged 44 (according to boxrec) after a short battle with illness.

Popularly called Napo, the chief trainer of the Will Power Gym in Accra was taken ill a few days ago before passing on at the Mamprobi Polyclinic.
