CDH Holdings gives GH¢30,000 for SWAG Awards

One of the country’s leading financial companies,CDH Financial Holdings  last Friday joined the number of sponsors for the 41st MTN SWAG Awards when it presented a cheque for GH¢30,000 to the SWAG to sponsor its  awards.

Group CEO of CDH Holdings, Mr Emmanuel Kwadwo Adu-Sarkodie, while presenting the cheque to the SWAG President, Mr Kwabena Yeboah, pledged the company’s continued support for awarding  Ghana’s sports heroes because for the role Ghanaian sports stars have played in branding the country.

He said even though CDH Holdings supported the 40th MTN SWAG Awards last year, the company decided to partner SWAG this year as a major sponsor because of the credibility of the country’s longest running awards, as well as its belief that outstanding sports personalities must be encouraged and honoured.

“We as a company recognise also the immense benefit we stand to gain from sponsoring a major sporting event. There is a lot of mileage to gain as a company from associating with a credible institution such as SWAG, and the opportunity the SWAG Awards offers to meet all the big sports figures who themselves are investors,” Mr Adu-Sarkodie said.

Mr Yeboah, while receiving the cheque, expressed the association’s immense appreciation to CDH Financial Holdings for their support in ensuring that the sports stars who brought a lot of joy and pride to the nation are honoured.
