The game started on a sluggish note but the Legonites managed to score the first goal  which brought Prisons alive as the first half ended  19-11 in Prisons’ favour.

The second half, was much closer as both sides tightened their defence, but Prisons were still too strong for their opponents to handle.

There was excitment  among the Legonite fans when their player Signal scored a brilliant goal from the centre of the pitch in the dying minutes of the game.

Prior to the game, the national U-20 female team  staged a highly competitive training session at the same venue.

The training was supervised by the coach and technical director of the Ghana Handball Association (GHA), George Bankole, who explained that it formed part of their preparations towards the upcoming African Zone Three Championship tournament sheduled for Lome.
