It has reduced the three matches behind closed doors originally prescribed by the Disciplinary Committee to two matches.

The Committee, however, upheld the ruling of the Disciplinary Committee to fine Phobia a total of GH¢ 12,000 for the three counts they were charged.

Hearts will begin serving the punishment today when they host Sekondi Hasaacas at the Accra Sports Stadium.

They will serve their second punishment when they host regional rivals Liberty Professionals, the following Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the Professional League Board on Tuesday announced modalities for today’s game at the Accra Sports Stadium following the decision by the Appeals Committee

It said in line with the conditions for implementing the decision only the organisers, designated match officials, ball boys, 10 members of both clubs, the media, medical personnel and security personnel in charge of the inner perimeter will be allowed into the stadium.
