Match Day 5 of CAF qualifying round
The CAF qualifying round is almost reaching its end with only two more Match Days remaining. The Black Stars will be taking on Ethiopia in the upcoming Match Day 5. The game is scheduled to be played on Sunday, November 18.
The last and final game for the qualifiers will be against Kenya in March 2019. The Black Stars are currently sitting on the third spot of their group in Group F with 3 points, having only played 2 matches.
The matches against Sierra Leone have been cancelled with governing bodies still to decide if Ghana will be awarded the games. Returning as the head coach of the Black Stars for the second time around, James Kwesi Appiah was appointed again in 2017.
