Commitment

Interacting with the press last Friday in Accra, the General Manager of Bolt Food, Ali Zaryab, said, “Ghana has been a vital market for Bolt Food, and we couldn’t be more proud to celebrate four years of growth and success here.”

He said the expansion into grocery delivery, a 24 hour delivery service and expansion to additional cities beyond Accra, represents Bolt Food’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its customers while continuing to provide opportunities for its courier partners.

“We are dedicated to ensuring that couriers, who are at the core of our business, continue to thrive on our platform as we grow and diversify our offerings,” he added.

Mr Zaryab said Bolt Food's success over the past four years was deeply rooted in its partnerships with local restaurants, stores, and the dedicated courier partners who form the backbone of the service.

“In 2024, Bolt Food aims to further strengthen these partnerships, bringing more businesses onto the platform and ensuring that couriers continue to benefit from full transparency and control over their earnings,” he said.
