With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the luxury industry, Mr. Barkhoff is a seasoned expert in the field. His journey with Kempinski began in 2002 at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin, Germany, where he initially specialized in Event Sales & Food & Beverage.

Having honed his expertise across esteemed hospitality brands worldwide, Mr. Barkhoff returned to Germany in 2016. Over the last seven years, he has overseen two of Kempinski's flagship European hotels in Berlin and Munich as Hotel Manager.

In his new role as General Manager of Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra, the German national brings a wealth of knowledge and a profound understanding of luxury hospitality. His dynamic and hands-on approach is poised to play a pivotal role in enhancing the hotel's ambitious food and beverage offerings, elevating the dining experience for guests.
