That moves the company 16 places up from its previous position of 50th in 2011, making L’AINE Services Limited the only HR company to have featured in the award for two consecutive years and the sixth in the services industry.
The CEO of L’AINE Services, Dr Ellen Hagan, attributed the award to the company’s commitment to business innovation, good governance and the drive to achieve excellence in all its operations.
She, thus, urged the general public to keep believing in L’AINE, and advised human resource practitioners to provide the best practices to their staff and organisations.
The Ghana Club 100 Awards, which is organised by the Ghana Investment Promotions Centre, is a ranking of the country’s 100 most prestigious companies based on the factors of growth, size and profitability.
Companies that make it to this list serve as role models for the private sector.
