I was part of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) team that participated in the Version 5.0 TBSC competition. Our journey was incredible and we worked tirelessly to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.
QM: How was the feeling like winning the competition in 2023?
Winning the TBSC trophy in 2023 was an indescribable feeling! It was a culmination of our hard work, dedication and teamwork. We felt humbled to have represented our university and made a meaningful impact.
QM: What were some of the challenges faced, lessons learnt and key takeaways from the TBSC platform?
The TBSC platform presented several challenges, such as time management, resource constraints and teamwork dynamics.
However, we learned valuable lessons like adaptability, effective communication and problem-solving. My key takeaways included the importance of perseverance, creativity and collaboration.
QM: What do you currently do and how has the TBSC shaped you afterwards (Impact of TBSC, if any)?
The TBSC experience shaped me into a more confident, innovative and goal-oriented individual. It taught me to embrace challenges and develop practical solutions.
