Veros Petroleum CEO crowned Best Among Equals at Forty Under 40 Awards 2024

The CEO of Veros Petroleum Limited, Yahya Tarek Diab, has been honoured with the "Best Among Equals" award at the 8th edition of the Forty Under 40 Awards.

The ceremony, which took place at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra on Friday, September 7, 2024, celebrated Mr. Diab's remarkable contributions to the oil and gas sector.

In addition to the ultimate prize, Mr. Diab was also named "Oil and Gas Personality of the Year," an award sponsored by FeDems Constructions. These accolades recognized his dedication to building Veros Petroleum into a leading force in the oil and gas industry and his advocacy for best business practices across various sectors of the African economy.

Speaking to the media after receiving the honours, Mr. Diab expressed his gratitude to his family, particularly his father, as well as his friends and staff. He praised his team’s commitment to delivering excellent service and noted that the awards reflect his leadership and dedication to quality in the industry.
