In the UK, Celestine Donkor and her team’s train will also be at places such as Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol, Birmingham and Liverpool.
The tour is under the auspices of Dynamics Unlimited (managers of Celestine Donkor) and Emascotect Music Promotions in New York City.
Speaking in an interview with Graphic Showbiz, Celestine Donkor said the tour is aimed at building a strong bond with her fans who’ve lost the opportunity to enjoy her live performances because of their locations.
“I will be holding a concert in all these places. I want to be able to get closer to my fans outside the country and interact with them. Apart from the USA and the UK, I plan touring other countries and probably have a collaboration with gospel musicians in those countries.
“I will be moving with my team and performing my well-known songs. Tours give an artiste more mileage and I hope that the patronage of my music will positively increase,” she stated.
Known for songs like "Turning Around", "Bigger", "Okronkronhene", "Manim Nguase" and "Boobobo", Celestine has been one of the known faces on the Ghanaian gospel music scene.
